WHAT IS BARRE:
It is never too late to reap all the benefits of a ballet based workout. You do not have to be a dancer (no grace required) to see the benefits of a barre conditioning workout. This class tightens and tones your butt and thighs and is also lower impact. We make sure the music and energy is on pointe to make this workout so fun, you will forget how hard you are working.
BARRE WITH BEATS:
This is a full body workout that will have you not only sweating but bopping your head to the beat. If you like a challenging workout set to a killer playlist, then this workout is for YOU. Barre with beats is just as much about the beats (of the music) then the Barre (a ballet based training structure).
FULL BODY BARRE:
Full Body Barre is challenging both mentally and physically as we take you through a full body workout using not only just the ballet barre but a variety of props (balls, bands, circles and light weight) to create a full body toning and conditioning workout.
