What do you teach?
I teach breath and body awareness, mindfulness, strength and flexibility through vinyasa, flow, hatha yoga, stretching and meditation.
Why you teach?
Yoga has changed my life, in every way. Teaching others how to connect with their body and be more present, how to recognize their own power, no matter what their reason for practicing, is something I am most grateful for. Every class is an exchange in energy, one that the entire community benefits from. Incredibly humbling.
What you do when you are not teaching?
I am currently embracing a life of peace and quite and things that light my fire. I love to have coffee with friends, laugh and share, spend time with my dog Beans, hike in the woods, read, learn, practice yoga, and listen to music.
