WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your abdominals, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, booty, and more. Everyone can benefit from Pilates, as it improves strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and posture.
A pilates workout is one of the best ways to firm and shape the body with exercises that create long, lean, toned muscles. These results are created by using “core-based” movements to build strength and increase endurance. There are so many exercise variations and progressions, you will have a hard time getting bored. Plus, you will be motivated by how effective the workout is.

This is a great class for beginners and advanced alike, as we focus on the more traditional basic principles of Pilates. This does NOT mean EASY. The movements are done slower which is extremely effective for building core strength and truly understanding the essence of each exercise. Using techniques from the world renowned Stott pilates method, you will take your body awareness to the next level, making all your other workouts much better as you learn to activate deep core, back, glutes, and inner/outer thigh muscles.

Feel the burn with this 45-50 minute Sculpting & Strengthen workout. We use props, such as small weights, circles & bands, to firm and strengthen your arms, buns/hips and core. This is a workout that will leave you feeling connected, elongated and strong.
This class also offers a selection of pilates exercise and props that target your arms in an extra special way. Get ready to gain strength from the your deepest core muscles and those arms a hyper focused burn.
