Get ready to gain strength from the your deepest core muscles and those arms a hyper focused burn.

This class combines the strengthen components of Pilates and the stretching and the lengthening components of stretching and yoga. We heat up the body in the first part of class with pilates mat work and then melt you down with delicious stretching.

BARRE WITH BEATS:
This is a full body workout that will have you not only sweating but bopping your head to the beat. If you like a challenging workout set to a killer playlist, then this workout is for YOU. Barre with beats is just as much about the beats (of the music) then the Barre (a ballet based training structure).
FULL BODY BARRE:
Full Body Barre is challenging both mentally and physically as we take you through a full body workout using not only just the ballet barre but a variety of props (balls, bands, circles and light weight) to create a full body toning and conditioning workout.
