Barre with Babes
Barre with Babes is a standing version of the Postnatal Pilates class. We will use mindful movement practices dancing to fun tunes, all while learning about our pelvic floor and breath work. You will learn how to squat, lunge, releve and dance while making sure you are connected and supported by your pelvic floor. We will start with Pilates breath work on the mat, and then incorporate standing dance moves in each class. |

Postnatal Pilates
Postnatal Pilates is a mindful movement practice to help you relearn and reconnect with your body after giving birth. We will focus on the pelvic floor connection, and how our breath is intimately connected to it. The class will consist of standard Pilates moves modified to bring your awareness to the pelvic floor and how you can retrain it to work in coordination with the rest of the body. There will be mat work as well as standing work.
