Meet your coaches
shaina Falconehaina Falcone is a Canadian Fitness professional who has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. Her passion is helping women become stronger and feel more confident through eating well and exercising regularly.
Shaina is a Stott Pilates certified Pilates & Barre instructor , and a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness instructor, as well as Canfitpro certified Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach. Shaina teaches fusion fitness by blending Pilates, barre, strength and cardio intervals into my programs and workouts to create a unique workout experience that strengthens body and mind. Anna Townsend
Anna Townsend is a certified Fitness instructor, Pilates instructor and Transformational nutrition coach. Anna has 20 years of experience in the industry and is passionate about coaching people to level up physically and emotionally by ditching the diet and finding nutrition and fitness protocols that are sustainable and that they LOVE.
