shaina FalconeShaina Falcone is a Canadian Fitness professional who specializes in joyful movement through fusion fitness. Her workout program is a fun & effective blend of Pilates, barre, strength and cardio.
Shaina is a STOTT PILATES® certified Pilates & Barre instructor; a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor, and Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach. As a Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Shaina also enjoys helping moms like herself rebuild their strength and passion for wellness. Anna Townsend
Anna Townsend is a certified Fitness instructor, Pilates instructor and Transformational nutrition coach. Anna has 20 years of experience in the industry and is passionate about coaching people to level up physically and emotionally by ditching the diet and finding nutrition and fitness protocols that they LOVE.
