What to expect...
ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class. If there is a class in progress when you arrive, please feel free to wait quietly in our seating area.
FREE PARKING:
We love to brag about our ample free parking, which lets face it...it's pretty rare for a boutique studio! We have plenty of free parking in the front parking lot and the parking lot to the side of the building.
SHOWERS:
We have beautiful showers for you to use in both of the studio washrooms, we just ask that you bring your own towel.
MATS:
We provide all the mats and props you need for each class. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you like.
INDOOR SNEAKERS:
Most of our classes are done in bare or sock feet, except for FitCamp where you may prefer to wear sneakers. Please bring indoor shoes or be sure to wear clean sneakers in the studio.
SPIN SHOES:
You have the option to wear a regular running or cross training sneaker to spin class or you can bring your own indoor cycling shoes as there is a clip in option.
CELL PHONES:
We ask people to try to unplug and be in moment by leaving their cell phones off and stored if possible. This allows all class participants to enjoy an optimal experience.
ONLINE BOOKING:
Online booking is the best way to ensure your spot in class. Please use the ZEN PLANNER app or member portal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You must cancel your class at least 3 hours before your class starts to give people on the waitlist a chance to be notified if there is a spot available. We have a $10 no-show fee.
