Vin (short for Vinyasa): Yang, light, active, warm, upward and outward moving. This is a flowing yoga practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. Yin: Dark, passive, cooling, receptive, and reflective. Yin yoga can penetrate deeply into the connective tissue to expand flexibility and aid in healing, while softening energetic blockages and increasing energy flow.
Our Vin/Yin yoga class offers the best of both worlds by combining these active and passive postures with breath and meditation, for a deep and integrated practice.
In this class we link fluid movement and breath. Focusing on flexibility and mind-body connection. Similar to Power Flow but with a little softer and a slower edge: think powerful with flow.

Body & Soul Stretch:
Think warm and relaxing. This class is done in a warmer temperature room and uses props to support and stretch the body as you melt stress away and calm your mind. It is a perfect way to end the day as you release tension from the body and mind and perhaps slip into meditation.
