We offer both Pilates Reformer & Reformer Fitness Classes. All classes are small group and use the Reformer as a vehicle to create a workout that is low impact, low stress, yet strengthening, lengthening & a fun full body workout.
Our exercises are rooted in the essence of Pilates work & Contrology with a contemporary twist that allows all fitness level to get a great workout.

As a certified Pilates mat instructor and a Classical Reformer apprentice, she combines her expertise to guide individuals back to the essence of their bodies, helping them discover strength, balance, and flexibility. Through her work, Sara fosters a mindful approach to movement, inviting participants to connect with their bodies in a way that is both healing and empowering.
