We are thrilled to share that The Fitness Room is welcoming a little sister... the Reformer Room. We have infused the same vibrant, fun, and inclusive energy into our brand-new Reformer Studio in Bedford. Our offerings include Reformer Pilates, Reformer Fitness, & our signature Conditioning class (ABC Mat).

Classes are $10 in October

We offer both Pilates Reformer & Reformer Fitness Classes. Our classes use the Reformer as a vehicle to create a workout that is low impact, low stress, yet strengthening, lengthening & a fun full body workout.
Our exercises are rooted in the essence of Pilates work & Contrology with a contemporary twist that allows all fitness level to get a great workout.

With over 20 years of experience, Anna has been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2005. Growing up as a ballet dancer, she became certified in Pilates Mat through Stott in 2019. Currently, she is on her Classical and Contemporary Reformer Pilates journey under the guidance of third-generation instructor Erika Furgesson.

Sylvia Colley Ewing, a Strength Training Coach & Certified Trainer, boasts years of invaluable experience in Fitness & Health world. She is absolutely thrilled to expand her reach by offering Reformer Pilates & Fitness to her clients. With a deep passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals, Sylvia emphasizes that "Wellness is not just a journey but a destination to be the best authentic self and to be happy with the life you have." Through her programs, expertise, energy & awesome playlist, Sylvia aims to inspire and empower individuals on their paths to wellness and personal growth.

Natalie Lavery, who specializes in Pilates mat, strength training, and spin, is a highly dedicated fitness professional. She is certified in Pilates mat through STOTT and is enjoying her Reformer Pilates certification journey. She is currently teaching contemporary Mat & Reformer Pilates and loves providing her clients with this training option. Natalie is an expert at creating flow in her classes; her classes are well thought out and hit just right.

Meghan has emerged as a leader in the fitness industry over the last 6 years. As an occupational therapist, she possesses a deep knowledge and passion for movement and Fitness has allowed her to take this passions to the next level. Teaching has also allowed Meghan to express her love of music, and connecting with people. She excels as a master spin instructor and has just finished her first year of studying both classical and contemporary Pilates Reformer. Her class will give you the warm fuzzies...but make you SWEAT!

Sara Anne Mader is a seasoned Pilates Instructor, Breath work Facilitator, and Meditation Guide, with a deep commitment to using movement, mindfulness, and breath as transformative tools. As a certified Pilates mat instructor and a Classical Reformer apprentice, she combines her expertise to guide individuals back to the essence of their bodies, helping them discover strength, balance, and flexibility. Through her work, Sara fosters a mindful approach to movement, inviting participants to connect with their bodies in a way that is both healing and empowering.
