What is Strength Mix?


Strength Mix is a total-body workout that blends strength training, functional movements & conditioning in 30-second intervals. You choose whether to lift heavy or light and set your own intensity level (1–3), so it’s accessible to every fitness level.

Strength Mix Myths vs. Truths


  • Myth: Strength Mix is a high-impact bootcamp.
    Truth:
     While it follows the interval format of FHIIT-camp, the intensity is different. The focus is lifting at your own pace with plenty of low-impact options.
  • Myth: Strength Mix is too hard for me.
    Truth:
     The opposite! This class is designed to be multi-level using our 1, 2, 3 Method—you choose your intensity: low, medium, or high.
  • Myth: Strength Mix has a lot of cardio.
    Truth:
     It can include up to 4x 2-minute cardio intervals—but it doesn’t have to. You can swap in a low-impact functional movement instead. Don’t worry, we’ve always got options.
