FHITCAMP: STRENGTH + HIIT
FITCAMP CONDITIONING is THE FITNESS ROOM’s twist on a circuit style strength and conditioning bootcamp. We use the Jillian Michael's BodyShred (3, 2, 1 Method-3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, 1 mins core). FITCAMP is a total body workout that aims to get you the BEST and SAFEST results. We offer lots of options (beginner to advanced) to ensure everyone feels the burn and is successful. This workout combines cardio, conditioning and strength exercises in a strategic way that will burn calories, boost metabolism, create tone and improve strength.

FITCAMP STRENGTH is a full body strength training workout with a killer playlist.
Each musical track takes you through a specific body part. Legs, Back, Chest, Glutes, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders and Abs!
We use Dumbbells, weighted bars, bands and your own body weight to give you a FULL BODY strength training workout.
We use different tempos (TRAIN TO THE BEAT) which is not only mentally stimulating(never boring), but challenges your muscles in many different ways (turn under tension).
This has quickly become one of our most popular workouts!
