Our signature spin class is a 45-50 minute Indoor Cycling experience that combines speed, strength and power intervals set to the beat of thoughtfully curated playlists (the beat sets the RPMs). This class is high-intensity, high vibe, and so FUN!
Spin is a low impact cardio workout that builds cardiovascular stamina and leg strength. You will sweat! But more importantly it is a great way to let loose, clear your mind and enjoy music!
*All fitness levels welcome, as riders have the option to go at their own pace.
SPIN + STRENGTH
This workout consists of 30 minutes of cardio on the bike followed by 30 minutes of strength training in the main studio.
The 30 minute spin portion is a great way to sweat and improve your cardio output, and the strength portion will make sure that it's not all about the legs by hitting the upper body and abdominals with 30 mins of free weights. And of course we always finish with a stretch.
