THE FITNESS ROOM SPIN METHOD
Our signature spin class is a 45-50 minute indoor cycling class that combines speed, strength, power and amazing music for a high-intensity, high vibe, cardio workout. This low impact class torches calories, builds stamina and leg strength, but most importantly it is a fun way to let loose!
*All fitness levels welcome, as riders have the option to go at their own pace. We ride in a dark space, with no mirrors so you can truly escape and focus on yourself. Please bring your own running or cycling shoes for class.
30/30 SPIN + STRENGTH COMBO
This is a combination class, the spin will get you sweating, energized and fire up those legs, and then we switch into ABS and ARMS mode. This workout consists of 30 minutes of cardio on the bike and 30 minutes of abdominals and arms in the main studio.
We start the workout with 30 powerful minutes on the bike and then we venture into the main studio and hit the weights, bands and balls to work your upper body. We finish on the mat with some core/abdominal work.
