We use a variety of props (small weights, circles & bands) to strengthen your core, glutes, legs and upper body. This workout will leave you feeling strong and elongated (with improved posture and body awareness). |

Barre to the beat is a 45 minute full-body ballet inspired conditioning workout (no dance experience or grace required).Your muscles will be burning as your body moves to the beat of the upbeat playlist.
We use the Ballet Barre and a variety of bands and light weights to create a full-body workout, that will make you sweat. Barre to the beat is a great low impact way to feel the booty burn, work your legs and strengthen your core and upper body. |

This signature TFR Mat class is a mind-body experience that will leave you feeling lengthened and strengthened. The low lights and mellow playlist set the mood for this divine combination of strength moves inspired by pilates and lengthening stretches inspired by yoga. Length & Strength is designed to warm you up through a series of abdominal, back and glute exercises and then stretch your muscles and mobilize your joints with feel good stretches.
